International Finance Corporation (IFC), part of the World Bank with its “Debt Resolution & Business Exit Project” in Kosovo is assisting the Government of Kosovo on its endeavors to improve the pre-insolvency and insolvency regime in the country and stimulate the use of the insolvency. As the Swiss-Kosovar Business Association (KSWV-OEZK), we are excited to collaborate with IFC in organizing a workshop which will facilitate discussions among businesses and key stakeholders regarding the sustainable framework for companies undergoing bankruptcy proceedings.
